Dr. Steven Margolis
M.D., FAAFM, DABCL
Complete Family Care is led by Dr. Steven Margolis, M.D., FAAFP, DABCL. He established Macomb County's first Bioidentical Hormone Center. Dr. Margolis has been bringing the best of both Eastern and Western medicines to the Tri-County area and has been treating families for many years.
Dr. Margolis also offers a variety of other anti-aging testing and treatments focusing on hair analysis, stool analysis, food allergy, nutritional deficiencies, metabolic diseases and cardiovascular risks. Dr. Margolis is also one of the first board certified Lipidologists in the country, specializing in cholesterol disorders, and has directed the Cholesterol Treatment Center since 1991.
Having long recognized that a single blood test was inadequate to diagnose a complicated hormone imbalance, Dr. Margolis is pleased to offer state of the art 24-hour urine testing for the most precise diagnosis and treatment of hormone disorders.
Currently, Dr. Margolis is boarding a 99% success rate in treating hormone imbalances, meaning only one patient out of one hundred does not experience relief of such symptoms as brain fog, fatigue, weight gain, depression, insomnia, headaches, mood swings, sexual dysfunction, low libido, severe PMS, hot flashes, night sweats and menstrual disorders. Dr. Margolis has been referenced in Suzanne Somers book along with many other publications.
Dr. Margolis graduated at the top of his class from the university of Michigan Honors College, Ann Arbor and from Wayne State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the nationally acclaimed William Beaumont Hospital and has gone on for advanced certification from the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Clinical Lipidology. Dr. Margolis is a national thought leader in both and lectures extensively throughout the country. Dr. Margolis enjoys the outdoors, swimming, spending time with his family and traveling when he's not in the office.

Bethany Morrell
M.S. PA-C
During PA school, Bethany had the opportunity to complete two rotations with the staff at Complete Family Care. During that time, she further developed her medical knowledge and confirmed her passion to work in Family Medicine. Bethany enjoys developing lasting relationships with her patients to better understand their health goals. She enjoys mixing traditional and alternative medicine to treat everyone from newborns to those with complicated medical conditions, especially diabetes.
Bethany attended the University of Detroit Mercy earning both her Bachelor of Science in Biology and her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She is a member of both the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants (MAPA) and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). Bethany enjoys mentoring physician assistant students by precepting them for a rotation or volunteering at her alma mater. Outside of work Bethany is a Girl Scout Gold Awardee, and is actively involved in her church, volunteers with Girl Scouts, serves as an advisor for her sorority, enjoys traveling, and is an avid sports fan.

Trey is a highly qualified and experienced healthcare professional who has been working as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2016. He has a strong background in providing urgent care services, having spent several years at an urgent care practice.
Trey is dedicated to helping people who are dealing with both acute and chronic health issues. He is particularly skilled in managing complicated medical conditions and has a passion for ensuring that his patients receive the best possible care.
In addition to his work as a nurse practitioner, Trey is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and supporting his children in their extracurricular activities. He is a strong believer in giving back to the community and often volunteers his time and expertise to help others.
